WE ARE STILL ACCEPTING EXHIBITORS! Why vendors should come: This Market is meant to highlight and showcase the incredible products produced by and for Homesteaders. Only handmade, homemade, homegrown, or up-cycled items will be allowed. The Market will be accessible to the the public in addition to registered conference attendants. We are planning to have the vendor market on the lawn. Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs and are strongly encouraged to bring a canopy/tent. If the forecast calls for rain, we will move the vendor market to the Feedlot. The feedlot is on a slope. We will provide boards to level tables. Our expected attendance: We come up with estimates based on attendance from the previous year, the number of vendors, staff, and speakers, and growth based on social media, advertisements, and networking at other events. We predict an attendance between 60 in-house staff, vendors, and instructors and 200-400 attendees. Here's how we plan on getting the right people in the door: We are focusing on a broader advertising campaign using private and public social media pages, newspaper advertisements, and networking at other events. Our experience with shows: This is our third annual HHC and we have shown a 25% growth between the first show and the second. Both The Homeplace and its partnering agency have a combined 24 years of hosting, planning, and running events within the state of Kentucky! Want to be a vendor? Send Us a Message |
