WE ARE STILL ACCEPTING EXHIBITORS! Why vendors should come: Why Become a Vendor? • Affordable Booth Pricing: One of the most cost-effective opportunities in the Homesteading/Preparedness event world. • Prime Location: Situated in Holmes County, Ohio’s Amish Country, which attracts over 4 million tourists annually. The area offers plenty of lodging and dining options and is easily accessible from multiple urban centers. • Indoor, Climate-Controlled Venue: A comfortable, all-weather facility ensuring a great experience for vendors and attendees alike. • Effective Marketing: Our event will be promoted through established tourism advertising channels, social media platforms, and innovative ticket marketing methods. • Experienced Event Leadership: Our team has nearly two decades of experience as speakers, presenters, and vendors, bringing proven best practices to this event. • Streamlined Management: Using Eventeny’s Event Management system for seamless vendor registration, ticket sales, sponsorships, and volunteer coordination. Our expected attendance: 800 - 1000, we believe this is a conservative estimate. The event is in the heart of Ohio's Amish country, an area that draws 4 million tourists annually. We are not only reaching out to preppers and homesteader vis social media, we are using advertising methods already in place in this area. Here's how we plan on getting the right people in the door: Social media, tourism advertising and several guest speakers have offered the use of their social media and email lists. Our experience with shows: My first show, but have been attending, presenting and vending at shows for 16 years. I have taken notes on the good and the bad. Vendors are a main consideration at this event because I have been there and done that! Booth set up will be designed to provide more walk through traffic, there is 30 minutes between classes, vendors will be highlighted in advance of the event. We also have a raffle, for those who decide to participate, designed to encourage people to buy then and there. Want to be a vendor? Send Us a Message |
