We are hosting HOI Expo 2026, Midwest Conference to teach, strengthen, and encourage everyone to embrace a healthy lifestyle. Our goal is to inspire you to live more sustainably and connect with others who share your passion. Together, we can make a difference!

Join us for one of the Midwest’s largest gatherings of homesteaders, growers, DIY makers, and self-reliance enthusiasts! The 2026 Homesteaders of Iowa Expo & Midwest Conference brings together experts, educators, and families for a full weekend of hands-on learning and community building.

This year’s event features:
30 educational classes covering gardening, livestock, food preservation, preparedness, herbalism, sustainable living, and more.
24 hands-on workshops offering practical skills you can take home and use right away.
All held indoors at the Bridge View Center, with plenty of space for learning, shopping vendors, and connecting with other homesteaders.
