Why vendors should come:

No booth fees so all of the money you make is yours..The attendees are not paying entry fees so they have more money in their wallet than they would have at another event.

Our expected attendance:

400-500 each year. This reflects the number of people who register to win a door prize. Many people wish to remain anonymous and do not register..

Here's how we plan on getting the right people in the door:

We normally have air time on KLVI in Beaumont as well as her sister stations. Each year we apply for public service time on the local television stations.In addition, we public service time on many smaller stations that are gospel, country, and talk show oriented. We have received notice that we will be advertised on blogs in Louisiana and we hope to spread that around. We have over 600 regular attenders over the years who return. We always send them a flyer in PDF format for them to copy and give to their friends. We believe we will have help in promotion from Forrest Garvin at Prepper Net because they helped us with that even at the last minute last year. Our guest speaker this year is Merriweather Foraging. We are searching now for other national level speakers.to add to the great line up.

Our experience with shows:

I have been assisting this grass roots organization from Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana for about 15 years as they have developed from a small group to this annual two day event.
