WE ARE STILL ACCEPTING EXHIBITORS! Why vendors should come: This is our fourth year running this event. We have expanded our Expo to two days and have limited our space to 50 vendors. We have some top name speakers booked to speak both days. Being a non-profit organization wanting to get the information out to the public, we have kept our vendor space to a reasonable $125 per space for early registration (by July 31) and late registration $200 (starting August 1). Space is 10 x 10 and includes one table and two chairs. We also have end caps available for $300 per space. Go to www.inwprepexpo.com for a vendors form and a copy of our updated floor plan. Here's how we plan on getting the right people in the door: We are presently using social media, website and are currently working on a Save The Date flyer. The flyers will be used for our vendors to pass out at events they will be attending before our scheduled expo. Weeks before the event we will be using radio, newspaper, flyers, posters and banners. We hope to have a live remote at least one day during the event. Our experience with shows: This is our fourth annual expo and we just keep growing! We hope to have a couple thousand people passing through the doors this year. With our venue of top notch, nationally know speakers we should surpass that goal. Want to be a vendor?
